The cookie lawsuit

How could this even hold up in court? If you walk up to me and say "hi" and I go to the hospital claiming to be scared half to death, can I really sue you for that? The court already ruled that there was no malicious intent, so what's the penalty for?

OK, we need to set up an online paypal account and take donations from all over the internet. Then we need to use that money to rent a dump truck and fill it full of cookies. Then we need to back it right up to that bitches house and unload them all over her front porch.

The only thing that suprises me in this case is that it didn't happen in California.

And the womans bills were even offered to be paid! WTF? She didn't like the apology so she sues just to get the medical costs covered?

I hate this country. I really really do... That judge and the plantif both need to be beaten about the face and head with something big. Like say, a Buick. Repeatedly.
