USAID?s Beans would not elaborate on why Halliburton did not make it onto the finalists? list, but he suggested that Halliburton chose to play a subcontracting role.

So they're not totally in charge, just waiting for orders.

But it's about Freedom For Iraq.... not OIL, remember......

Maybe Boots -n- Coots.....
Or the Famous Red Adair..... might have some people who know what to do.... He sold his company to them. He's retired but he's trained a lot of people.
Then there isWild Well Control... They seem like they have a handle on it.
Or there is On Site Safety.... They look like they know which end to hold onto.....
