Can you tell this guy maybe wants to leave this company soon? The latest update is from one of my helpdesk teammates. Looks like the LAN Admin has been neglecting it.

The user also stated he can use the F6 key in other applications but when he is trying to run a query in [app], it does not work. He also tried the keyboard on another pc and he was able to run the query.
