The clueless LAN Admin

Can you tell this guy maybe wants to leave this company soon? The latest update is from one of my helpdesk teammates. Looks like the LAN Admin has been neglecting it.

why does the LAN admin have to replace a bad keyboard? seems like that would be more of a general problem that a helpdesk guy would cover

Helpdesk is basically a call center assigning tickets to appropriate groups when we can't resolve over the phone. LAN Admins are techs who do actual user visits. Us helpdesk folk don't leave our desks aside from breaks.

I'd call that "Deskside support" ... a LAN admin to me would be a network administrator type of role. :p
