It's not about changing the minds of the video participants. It's capturing the audiences that might stumble upon these videos who could be influenced one way or another. Politics is a bit of theater - you're putting on a show for the audience; you're not (always) trying to only convince your fellow actors.

That’s because minds aren’t changed via facts. In fact I’m guessing most of the participants have doubled down on their views.

From the limited amount I’ve read, changing someone’s mind is a slow process that simply revolves around the person who’s trying to change the other persons views by asking questions that allows the person to question their beliefs and allowing them to find and explore facts from themselves.

The hope with the jubilee videos isn’t to change the minds of the participants but hopefully open the minds of those who are watching. Which is the same point of these forums for some (myself included).
