ni hao - mandarin
li ho - taiwanese

Just call using a damn calling card if you want to use your phone. It's like $10 for 500 minutes or something if you get the right cards.

also try onesuite.com, bigzoo.com, etc. for better rates, msn voice works pretty well for free

If you HAVE to use a phone...

Onesuite is good. Maybe there's cheaper, but it's still ridiculously cheap. Costs more to call the local pizza place than to call China.
