Amazon has the Crucial MX300 750GB on sale for $99 right now. Not sure how long it will last. Credit to slickdeal, but thought some here might like to know. Grabbed one myself.

Thanks a lot! Got one myself and they sold out about 5 minutes later. :)

Amazon also has the 1tb Evo for $250. Was debating betting one myself but didn't do it yet.

Not really cheap but newegg has the 2TB evo 850 for $562 (after 10% email discount code).

You can still get the 1TB evo 850 for $250 @ amazon/b&h and others (but not newegg)

Nearly 13,000 reviews of which 94% are 4 or 5 stars. You don't see that too often. Go Samsung!

Considering this as it's the cheapest and closest to 1tb I can find.

I was just at MC and I didn't pull the trigger...with the tax, it sort of kills it for me since the OCZ is relatively slow...it's still a great deal though for what it is.

EDIT: Was back there today for something else and got it...I'm a sucker but the price is great!

I say all ssd's are fast. I bet the speed difference is unperceivable in real world use.

I can't comment on this specific ssd but the generic statement is patently false. We've had major head-ache when certain models of 'fast' ssd turn out to be unacceptably slow.

Newegg has the Intel 600p 512GB NVME M.2 2280 drive for $165. Not cheap for a SATA drive, and the 600p isn't blazingly fast, but it's still a great deal on an M.2 drive. Shellshocker, so today only.
