My only system is a PII 400 440bx with 256megs ram running Windows XP. I've been running either RC-5 or SETI pretty well 24/7 since 99 on it.

Its a little slow with photoshop/dreamweaver/virtual pc 2004 running and/or newsgroups downloading though :(

The first computer I ever built is still up and running.

Asus P3V4X
P3 550
WD 15gig 7200
Yeah, its not BX board...its better :p

Been on virtually 24/7 since I built it. I think studying what parts to build for my virgin build is when I stumbled on Anandtech.

The article that convinced me. :D

Soyo 6BA+4 and P3 700 with 256 ram and a GF 1 DDR, SBlive, 40 gig IBM drive running Win2K. Built it around this time in 2000.

My linux box is my first home built. It's an Abit BE6. It started with a celeron 400, then PIII 800, now celeron 1300 :)

My dad still runs my old BP6 with a Celery 466. Still stable, still reliable.
