So far though he's doing just fine.

& lots of people arent the president, either.

Only the gullible vote based on a candidates speaking ability.

By all accounts Clinton was a great orator. He was also impeached. How many presidents have been impeached?

Not many.

Charisma doesn't mean anything.

Viper GTS
very few presidents have been impeached, but Clinton isn't one of them.

Are you people stupid, or just trolling?

Viper GTS

Can it be both? 🙂

I'm guessing the former, unfortunately.

Unless you are used to giving organic chemistry lectures, I bet you don't use any words longer than 4 syllables in your every-day speech.

Course then again, organic chemisty professors have been practicing their entire tenure. I think Bush is doing a great job.

I can't believe some of these kids...

READ a FVCKING DICTIONARY

Come on now, a dictionary is pretty boring really, trust me, I've tried.

Just read a LOT and look up anything you don't know. That's a better coures toward fluency.

So do we not have a P&N forum anymore or what?

Yes, he was impeached, he was never convicted. Impeachment is the act of the House deciding to bring charges against the President, the Senate conducts a "trial" and he was basically found not guilty. It was kinda like using a bazooka to swat a fly. Civics 101 people!

Four more years!!! Go, Dubya. 😎 I already voted in advance...in all fifty states. Twice. Over the internet. And by mail ballot. I'm gonna make sure we don't get Clinton v2.0 in office.

Bush is making fun of his own english, "even Arnold Schwartzeneggar corrected me".

"and I have a sort of swagger... in Texas we call that WALKING"

I like his ending rhetoric. Good way to end a speech.

Sort of makes this thread obsolete huh?

Yes, Clinton was impeached. 30 years ago that would have meant something, but not in today's world of sliding morals and apathy.

Wow. The people of this country never fail to amaze me with gullibility. The man managed to not mess up this speech so suddenly everyone's turning pro-bush? amazing.

Your perspective is skewed. Look closely and you will find the same dubious morality in any era of human civilization.

Just because we had a dark ages dosn't mean everyone was saintly.

Oh my god, someone actually took the past into account when forming their views about current times! Such people are all too uncommon. 🙁

That was his best speech ever. If the rest of his campaign goes that way, hes in. 😀

And Shockwave was happy.

I also think this thread needs to be renamed.... 😉

It would have meant something if he wasn't acquitted.

And he wouldn't have been acquitted if people actually had morals and cared about lying under oath.

And he wouldn't have been impeached it Republicans didn't control the house.
