Of all the things that would stick to Trump, I can't believe this is the thing. It wasn't even unreasonable for him to go there under the circumstances.Only because he started making a fuss about it I guess.

Yeah it is his weakness, we all know he is a pussy and is afraid to be harmed. What makes it funny is no recent President has used the bunker, the current President likes to act tough, then the lame excuses as in “I had to inspect the bunker”
This is what makes it funny.

Had the President said the secret service took my Wife & Son down there and I didn’t want them to be alone it would have been fine, maybe worth a giggle but that would be it.

Except for this thought to cross his mind, he'd need to have some love for them. I honestly doubt his family is ever in his thoughts unless someone else brings it up.

The problem is that Trump is doing tremendous damage to the country and is getting off Scott free because Republicanism is a cult religion. Democrats are more than pissed off. The injustice of the situation in America today drives people to rage. Get out of the way if that dam doesn't break before a violent revolution starts. You have to understand there is one thing people have no qualms about hating and it is evil. Doesn't really matter if they don't know what evil is.

Nope. 99% of the population isn't anywhere near ready for armed insurrection. Other than the occasional pack of fools or rioters, it isn't going to happen. You think Mr & Mrs middle class america are going to risk their 401k or their comfortable job to out in the streets shooting? It's another fantasy, a projection of your own frustration.

So true, but i was thinking more about when the middle class comfortable jobs and the 401ks are gone. Look around.

Unlike your characterization masses of people taking to the streets has an effect. Looks how the racists and racist imagery is being beaten back. I know that does not please you but, oh well.

Protest isn't civil war. Moonbeam was talking about actual fighting in the streets, that isn't going to happen on any sort of large scale. Rioters and looters aren't doing anything for a cause, they're creatures of opportunity looking to steal whatever they can get their hands on.
Protesters don't risk getting shot or going to prison, what they're doing is not only legal but proper. Rioting is a crime against your neighbor and your community.
