Yeah it's SB, i've seen them many times. I've also seen some pretty neat sand sculptures by people and some good musical bums. Still never give them money.

Sure beats the bums that used to be around here. Usually they would just steal my leftovers when I walk out of a restaurant. I'm not sure what the city did, but I haven't seen a bum around campus in two years.
