The Buck stops at Obama's desk.

Obama lied and lied and lied about Libya, and then he lied some more until Hillary had to take control.
Now Obama is trying a little revisionist history. Between Hillary and Obama there's only one set of balls and Obama doesn't have them.

Romney's got a plan. He's all about jobs and small business. Yeah, right. Jobs in foreign lands and selling small businesses to the highest bidder. He ACTUALLY tried to say he was magically going to get businesses to offer flexible hours to women who had lives outside of their jobs. I'll take lies about third world piss ant countries over lies about jobs and Americans any day.

Romney said "I know what it takes" or "I know how to create jobs" a bunch of times. Of course, never any specifics. It reminded me of McCain going on about "knowing how to get bin Laden".

I'm confused about the Libya hang up on the right, is that all they have? Some guy bum rushed a building and killed a few people and somehow Obama is to blame. Or was it how he referenced it? Why does that matter? I thought the election was all about jobs? You don't really want Mitt to talk about foreign policy do you? He screws that up at every chance.

"But it's a failure of Obama's foreign policy...a FAILURE!"

Never mind that Bin Laden is dead, never mind that we have successfully ended the Iraq war, never mind that we are successfully getting out of Afghanistan.

This obviously erases it all for them.

Yeh, that's why the audience applauded after Obama & the moderator tightened up Romney on his bullshit.

That's when rational people realized it was hammer time for Mitt, but not you, of course not... I hope Romney keeps playing his dishonest attack about what happened in Libya- it shows him for the shameful & callous dick he truly is, smirking after trying to make political hay out of the murder of a US ambassador.

As for me, I take pride in my cars, and go ballistic every time a bird defecates on my car.

Its simply why I have no respect for any US President ever since I was born. As its our President's clear responsibility to prevent birds from desecrating my car.

But immediately after that splat, regardless if I was in the car at the time or I discover the splat after the fact, not a single US President in my lifetime has ever taken the responsible role of preventing the damage in the first place.

What good is any US President if they can't prevent or protect me from the acts of every bird brain in the world?

But still, Rush Limbaugh set me straight yesterday afternoon, as ripped into the cowardly Rat Fink Obama who allowed Hillary Clinton, as sec of State, take some of the blame for the US intel failures that maybe could have averted the Bengassi Libya total surprise attacks. As we all know Rush Limbaugh has always loved and supported Hillary Clinton, with affectionate pet names like the Hildebeast as some of them still are basically unprintable.

But its why I will be voting for Romney on 11/6.2012, because he will end all the bird brains attacks on my car. As Romney will step up and take personal responsibility.

Thanks for pointing out that what was supposed to be an even handed, honest debate was stacked with Obama supporters.

The only callous dick is the president that let that poor son of a bitch that trusted him die without proper security.

We don't need Libya, Obama is toast.

Is reality anywhere in the playbook for progressives?

Bin Laden is dead, no doubt about that and there is no doubt it happened on Obama's watch. If it had been a Republican president we'd have heard the chorus of voices on the left, along with the press, denouncing him for it and calling for how Bin Laden should have been captured and brought to trial. How our Republican president was a murderer, etc. You may have even resurrected the wholly ill-conceived notion of trying him in New York city.

As far as Iraq and Afghanistan, you might want to research timetables and who laid out the plans to get us out of these conflicts. But go ahead and think Obama is wholly responsible for this. I fully expect you to do so.

Bowing to foreign leaders and encouraging nations in the ME to revert to ancient ways of behaving and interacting with the rest of the world has not worked out well and our nation will shoulder this burden for many decades. That will fall squarely on the shoulders of Obama. These people are savages in every regard. The way they treat women is unconscionable but it's all good with the left because they're not Christians.

I can understand how a grade school teacher could get burned out after a while. Dealing with minds that operate at a juvenile level becomes very tiring and maddening after a while. You'd think just for once, you'd want to be honest with yourself. Obviously not.

Good God, you're a crybaby. When did Republicans become such whiny little pussies? They'll lecture others about how life isn't fair, but sob like schoolgirls at every imagined slight. If "between Hillary and Obama there's only one set of balls," that's one more set than you have.

So two weeks ago Romney has a good night and Obama a bad one and conservatives are just full of glee while liberals are head-shaking and blaming the president for his crap performance.

When Obama has a good night and Romney falls short... oh the wailing about unfairness and the gnashing of teeth.

Next Monday is going to be entertaining if this continues.

I was talking with an old friend who is with one of the nonpartisan polling outfits (and who also happens to be a very good and fair-minded pollster). We were discussing the large shifts in some of the polls on the presidential election and the feedback he receives whenever he puts out new numbers that make one side or the other unhappy. He offered an observation so priceless that it needs to be widely shared.

“When you give conservatives bad news in your polls, they want to kill you,” he said. “When you give liberals bad news in your polls, they want to kill themselves.”

It's about how things were handled before and after the attack. It's indicative of how the Obama admin runs itself. Obama has done as good a job handling the ME as he has our economy - that's not a compliment, btw.

"The Buck stops at Obama's desk."

It sure does. The economy improved/unemployment is down under his watch. The stock market is up under his watch. We have universal healthcare under his watch. We withdrew from Iraq under his watch.

Thank for the specifics. Oh wait, you said nothing. So in other words, you righties need something for the echo chamber and make a stink over and you think this is a big deal. Most American's don't even know Libya was attacked and don't care, hell most don't know where Libya is.

I don't care who was in office, it would have happened anyhow, that is the power of crazy people half a world away hell bent on destruction and murder. I fail to see what Obama could have done differently. I do know not trying to score political points while the bodies were still warm is a bad idea, who did that?

No shit. I mean we STILL have to deal with Osam--wait...

We have universal healthcare under his watch.

and that "universal" healthcare only costs my family of 3 an extra 6 grand a year.... making my health related expenses my #1 expense.

I don't know who the bigger idiots are. the people defending obama or the guys defending romney. If the last 4 yrs aren't reason enough to get rid of obama, God help us.... and if what we have seen thus far with romney isn't enough to not vote for him, I guess I am at a loss

I thought the President claiming responsibility was a strong moment for him. He wasn't trying to hide, but rather standing up and being a man. I don't see any negatives for that moment, or any consequences therein. I'm thinking he's far enough removed from the security decisions that it doesn't reflect on him regardless. The only problems would be if he were trying to cover something up, or run from it.

Of course... claiming he called it terrorism is BS, but altogether I'm not sure that folly has any play among undecided voters. I can't imagine they care over a tit for tat of words.

Romney was not articulate enough to drive any point home there.
