As a over the hill hippie, I must always site our J. R. Tolkien bible in the ring trilogy--"you can fence yourself in but you can't fence the rest of the world out."

But there are no shortage of people who are willing to spend megabucks a trying.

It is clear Americans (more specifically, Republicans is the House, Senate, and White House) won't do the job, so perhaps there is some truth in the "they do jobs Americans won't" rhetoric. 🙂

So don't think of it as us fencing ourselves in, think of it as Mexico fencing itself in, compliments of America.
