Holy sweet cow!!! What an awesome movie! I had no idea what this movie was about prior to watching it...hadn't even seen the movie cover. The movie was 15 minutes shy of 2 hours, and it keeps you glued the entire time. What a kick ass movie. If you haven't seen it, RENT IT!!!!

Edit: vi_edit, you can get it for $10 or less at BestBuy and other places... it's well worth it.

I think bmacd just likes the movie for the gay scene where Willem Defoe is in bed with his gay lover and slaps him silly for trying to cuddle during a phone conversation.

Honestly, I think the funniest scene IN the movie isn't actually IN the movie. Get the DVD and look at the "A call from mother" thing. Its the 2 guys getting a call from their mom in Ireland. Its the funniest part of the whole movie. I dunno why they cut out such a funny ass scene.

another great movie is The Usual Suspects. Primal Fear and The Score are also great flicks.

It's the shiznit. Before I watched it, all I knew about it was that it was Irish and that my brother liked it. Well my mom is big into Irish stuff, so I thought she might like to watch it... good thing she declined. :Q :D

They're making a sequel you know. Not sure how awesome it's gonna be as they're missing one Willem Dafoe. But everyone else is back from the original (who isn't dead) so there's that at least.

Don't you hate it when bad movies get hyped and these just become sleeper hits.

No word of a lie I couldn't be bothered to finish that mindless, plotless mess of a movie. I think I quit about 3/4 the way through and starting flipping channels.
