the blue screen appears_ what should i do?

My computer sometimes show the blue screen, It warns me to change the hardware that isn't compatible with but i don't know which hardware should be change. Please help me
 
Specific info please for troubleshooting.

That means the exact error message, plus Hardware, OS, recent drivers/updates etc.
