1256 votes for AT at the moment. I voted for AT because they do the best unbiased reviews out there. Of course you have to wait 2 months in between, but they are good.

and my vote might be biased......but I found anandtech because the review site was very informative, and the forums are very nice hehehehe...a one stop tech stop basically...hot deals, off topic, informative reviews.....fast...good... toms should be last...even hard is better than toms.. 🙁 (but hard forums is blah 🙁)
