Directions:
Eat breakfast 100% full, lunch 90% full, and dinner 80% full
When you are hungry inbetween meals, drink water. Water is your new best friend. Drink water! Also this will help you meet your "requirements" of drinking 8 glasses of water each day :D;)

This diet doesn't make sense. A successful diet is always based on 3 things: caloric restriction, insulin level management, and exercise.
