The first one looked pretty fake. After hours the "crippled" dad is probably leading scorer on his softball/soccer team etc.

Nope. First video is young boy pulling his disabled father through the streets of some Asian city Begging.

Second is a Drowned Woman being revived(really confused by this video)

Methinks someone just wanted to start a thread.

Didn't watch either all the way through as they were kinda boring, I just skipped around. Those guys clearly had no idea what they were doing with that woman, she's lucky to be alive.

And I claim fake on the first video as well.
