You can't compare the Benchwarmers to Napoleon Dynamite. Napoleon Dynamite was a great, original movie. If you don't like ND, you pretty much have no sense of humor.
 
I couldn't even get all the way through The Benchwarmers. I think I stopped watching it about halfway through.

Napoleon Dynamite wasn't that much better but I did watch it all the way through just so that I could try to figure out what the big deal (at the time) was about the movie. Turned out ND was yet another way overrated movie and I should have stopped watching it halfway through as well. LOL

ETA - Both movies sucked.

exatly🙂 People kept telling me that i had to watch the movie more than once to get it. It's supposed to be a comedy. What is there to get?

The Benchwarmers was a terrible movie. Pretty much the low point of Spade, Scheider, Heder and Lovitz's careers.

Napoleon Dynamite was a very funny and original movie. Benchwarmers would've been a lot funnier if Heder tried to act more like Napoleon. 😀

Napoleon Dynamite was complete rubbish. The only saving factor of that movie was the dancing scene.

Benchwarmers was just retarded, with random interjections of nerd comedy.

And Jason, just because you have a horrid sense of humour, it doesn't mean you can be jerk off to those who disagree.
 
Both Benchwarmers and Napeleon Dynamite sucked. Then again I think Freddy Got Fingered is awesome, so you can take my opinion with a grain of salt. 😉
 
I like the benchwarmers, it was a funny comedy.

As for ND, biggest piece of trash I ever watched in my life. Complete and total waste of time. I didn't get the movie apparantly, and I really don't care too. That would involved torturing myself into watching the movie again.

ND doesn't qualify as a bad move, it qualifies as nothing... easily one of the most boring movies I've ever seen.

It was a total waste of time watching it in my opinion although my 13 year old daughter disagrees, which pretty much says it all! 😉
