Alas, word quickly spread about this fine beer and somehow a six pack found its way into the hands of the nation?s learned beer judges who declared this rare beer was the ducks nuts!

Honey beers have lots of sugar. Sugar yields bitter beer, as it encourages yeast to grow, creating CO2, which is bitter, among other bitter by products.
