and dont say anything about the new James Webb Telescope, it "will" or will be start at 2.011, ore later, and for Info it is a infrared Telescope, and not a normal like Hubble, no more

So...are they going to have another shuttle ready to go when they launch on one any mission that doesn't involve the ISS?

I'd say to ask the astronauts - look for a crew that is willing to go on the mission for the Hubble. If they get a crew, launch.
