Pure Sony, no one else gets that, its not the graphics of the speed, its that GAMES that count.
(The X-Box had like 10 games max at the moment, and the PS2 had about 100+)

Nintendo is in the lead with 76, Micro is 2nd with 46, Sony 3rd with a sad 39 and finally Sega, at the bottom with a rubbish 7.

Here's my uninformed 2 cents:

Sony makes good consoles (I have a PS2), and you get a plethora of games available to you. Future backwards compatablility will help even more, but I've heard that programming will be hard for the PS3. If that's the case, there might be fewer games available. IMO, Final Fantasy will always make them money, and if they make a GTA4 or make MSG3 exclusive or something, that could turn the tides in their favor.

MS has huge pockets. They can afford to take risks that the others can't. I think that they will have learned from the XBox and will correct mistakes (crashing, size, heat, etc). The selection of games is fairly small now, and to be honest, if I'm going to game on a computer, then I'm not going to buy an XBox with many of the same games coming out. I had an XBox, but it died on the second day, so back it went.

Nintendo can just make Zelda, Metroid, Mario, and (hopes against hope) Earthbound games and stay in business, in my opinion. I think that some of their traditional titles have gone too cartoonish (not graphics wise, but game play wise), and I think that a turn towards the more "adult" might not hurt. I want to see link slice guards, I want to see Mario smoosh things, stuff like that.
