This is the bathroom that Fritzo built

This is the floor tile that was purchased for a simple project to lay down in the bathroom that Fritzo built

This is the toilet the should be replaced since it had to be diconnected anyway to lay the floor tile that was purchased for a simple project to lay down in the bathroom that Fritzo built

This is the vanity that had to be replaced because it didn't match the toilet that should be replaced since it had to be diconnected anyway to lay the floor tile that was purchased for a simple project to lay down in the bathroom that Fritzo built

This is the huge honkin' medicine cabinet with a beveled mirror that had to be installed because the old one didn't go with the new vanity that had to be replaced because it didn't match the toilet that should be replaced since it had to be diconnected anyway to lay the floor tile that was purchased for a simple project to lay down in the bathroom that Fritzo built

This is the box that the medicine cabinet had to be put back into so it could be returned after the wife decided the mirrors were too high after after I got done installing the huge honkin' medicine cabinet with a beveled mirror that had to be installed because the old one didn't go with the new vanity that had to be replaced because it didn't match the toilet that should be replaced since it had to be diconnected anyway to lay the floor tile that was purchased for a simple project to lay down in the bathroom that Fritzo built

This is me rewiring an even HUGER honkin' medicine cabinet with a gigantic mirror because the previous medicine cabinet had to be put back into so it could be returned after the wife decided the mirrors were too high after after I got done installing the huge honkin' medicine cabinet with a beveled mirror that had to be installed because the old one didn't go with the new vanity that had to be replaced because it didn't match the toilet that should be replaced since it had to be diconnected anyway to lay the floor tile that was purchased for a simple project to lay down in the bathroom that Fritzo built

This is the drawer on the wall that now won't open because the new vanity sticks out 3/4" further than the old one after getting done rewiring an even HUGER honkin' medicine cabinet with a gigantic mirror because the previous medicine cabinet had to be put back into so it could be returned after the wife decided the mirrors were too high after after I got done installing the huge honkin' medicine cabinet with a beveled mirror that had to be installed because the old one didn't go with the new vanity that had to be replaced because it didn't match the toilet that should be replaced since it had to be diconnected anyway to lay the floor tile that was purchased for a simple project to lay down in the bathroom that Fritzo built

This is the $.13 compression ring that didn't seat correctly that causes a water drip that can't be stopped without turning water off to the whole house and nobody sells at 3am after finding that the drawer on the wall that now won't open because the new vanity sticks out 3/4" further than the old one after getting done rewiring an even HUGER honkin' medicine cabinet with a gigantic mirror because the previous medicine cabinet had to be put back into so it could be returned after the wife decided the mirrors were too high after after I got done installing the huge honkin' medicine cabinet with a beveled mirror that had to be installed because the old one didn't go with the new vanity that had to be replaced because it didn't match the toilet that should be replaced since it had to be diconnected anyway to lay the floor tile that was purchased for a simple project to lay down in the bathroom that Fritzo built

All I wanted to do was lay down $30 worth of self adhesive tile in the bathroom. $800 later, I'm still not done and I worked on it 16 hours yesterday :|

I'll see if I can get some pics up tonight. The floor and toilet look pretty good, but that vanity is causing no end of problem. I need to replace our cabinet doors and the bathroom door after this is all done. As for the drawer thing, I think I'll convert them to shelves so towels can be stored there. After this, I'm officially selling my power tools

But if you change your bathroom door, you will have to change the tiling/carpet outside to match. And then if you do that you will have to paint the walls to match the tile/carpet you put in to match the door. And if you do that.......

:p:D

Nah, we got new carpeting and painted last March, so we're all set there. I should have stopped at the toilet. Never installed one before, but it was pretty easy. I've installed vanitys and sinks before, and it figures that's where I'm having the problems.
