I've tried the ATOT server a few times but I'm averaging a 250+ ping from philly, which is just too much for me

im in philly too, what servers do you like to play on? i usually go for the lowest ping ones possible, i tried searchign for ATOT and i got one hit and it said it was in California and the ping was too high for my liking. is there only one ATOT west coast server? no east coast?
Or you could press the 'Q' button.
You mean Exterous didn't read the damn FAQ?!? D: 😱 :\ 😀
I haven't played very much so far. I tried 3 or 4 few games on the ATOT Tugboat Server (once I actually got the damn search to find it). Regardless of what my ping was I was noticing a lot of lag.
I played a few hrs last night on an "LSS Gaming" server and it had a great connection with 32 players. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to add it to my favorites when I was actually in the game. The UI in this game is pretty bad.
More like I don't think that has ever worked. For that matter shooting them usually doesn't either.....hmmmm....maybe people just don't like me🙁
Well, tbh, if you were playing on the Russian side, perhaps they didn't understand what you were asking for...

I've become a Carl Gustav noob tuber lately. Why? Because it's so freaking fun.
There's nothing like seeing a group of enemies close together and getting a triple kill. 😀
Is it just me, or is this game flipping hard? Is there a lot of cheaters? I've seen some guys who are just ridiculously good.
I don't understand what those Recon sensor balls do.
Believe they act like sensor balls letting you know if enemies show up within its radius.
Just exhale if you've been holding your breath for any Battlefield 1943 DLC, because it seriously sounds like the sun has set on the Pacific war. Speaking with DICE producer Gordon Van *** at PAX East, we asked if he could finally end the hopes and dreams that its successful downloadable experiment would receive more content. He informed us, "There's no plans. There's no plans for DLC." However, the PC version is still planned, and there is a patch incoming to address console issues, including mic problems on PS3.
Van *** told us that Battlefield 1943 was a cool way to express a classic game like Battlefield 1942 using the company's Frostbite engine. He said that it opened up a lot of eyes to showing off what an older Battlefield game could be like with the new engine.
When asked to elaborate if other classic Battlefield games would receive a reimagined bite-sized release he said, "I can't. There's no specific plans. The success of [1943] has given it an existence within our lineup, in our thoughts. You could possibly see another type of 1943 in the future. But it doesn't mean it's going to be based on 1942." When pressed, he continued, "Seriously, all options are open. We haven't closed our mind off to anything and we haven't locked down that we'll do anything specific."
I wish there was a way to prevent yourself from being revived. Its so fucking annoying to be revived 4 times in a row in the middle of a huge firefight when I am out of ammo and just keep dying simply so some douche bag can up his point count.
Yeah, it shouldn't count as a death when you get revived either .. so if you get killed/revived/killed/revivied/killed, all of that should be 1 death IMO.
Thats how it always worked... not sure why they changed that for BC2.
