If it's going slow for anyone else, I changed my Download server to a European one. I went from 120kb/s to 900kb/s!

Good thing I'm at work and watching my download bar slowly crawl via LogMeIn. Otherwise, I'd be so anxious to play it!

I don't know of any way to check the DX version being used in-game. There is no console. What version of Windows are you using? (nothing in your Sig). I assume Win 7. No DX11 for Win Xp...
Try and and see if you can see a difference. I don't think it will hurt anything.

Yes, i'm using Win7. I gave it a shot and didn't see much of a difference but I haven't played all the maps yet either so i'm not sure what to look for.

HBAO doesn't effect FPS like it did in the demo but the guys that play with it off have a huge advantage by not having to deal with sun glare.

I set my FOV to 200. I'll play and see if I like it.

What maps and modes are you running on the server?
Has the server company told you not to mix modes? (Art of Warfare said this)
Any special config settings? Hardcore? Kill cam off?
