it's possible to eat while in the asian squat. it's good for smoking, talking, eating, playing chess, etc.

nah, i know its from the movie, but i can't for the life of me understand how to use three shells to wipe...

Do the Asian squat for one hour everyday and see your leg muscles grow :p However your knees is a completely different story.

The three shells is easy. One shell squirts the cleansing liquid, one shell directs it over the grubby bits, and the third one collects the liquid.

OMG, that is too funny.....I told my roommate to come watch it with me, and he was already in the asian squat position before the clip started. ;)

Yes, I have been trying to squat seriously for a while now (not even about the asian squat)... and I find it more straining on my knees than it is on my quads. There doesn't seem to be an exercise just for quads. :(

DOH!, anyone have it saved? In their temp internet files? Hehehe I know all about the asian squat... damn squatters in Taiwan. You ever see the guys in Chinatown NYC? On the public pay phones? They just squat there talking on the phone for like an entire day...

ahhaha.. i just read the topic and laughed.. had to click it.. my friends and I usually call it the kimchee squat.. Personally i think its really comfortable squatting like that.. can literally hold the position for hours..
