The Asian hot sauce with the green rooster on it

You can put it on everything from chow mein, to philly cheesesteak, to Doritos, to spicy chili! In the words of Tony the Tiger, "It's gggrrrrrrreat!"

there's 2 types for some reason... same rooster, same food company... just took them out of my fridge.

Sambal Oelek ... ground fresh chili paste
Tuong Ot Toi Viet-Nam ... chili garlic sauce

both sauces look identical. 😕

SRIRACHA SAUCE!

Even GOOGLE agrees. 😀

Only get the one with the green cap. I've bought one with a yellow cap once and it was horrible.

Yes, those who want Sriracha should get it from the company in Weirdichi's link which is Huy Fong.

I read an article about the company in a magazine called Giant Robot.
I remember the part where the health inspectors enjoy inspecting the plant where they make their products because the place was kept very clean (at least at the time when the article was written which was a few years ago).

No joke. I think it is made in California or something. You can order it by the case from them

Sriracha Sauce is what it is called if i remember right. I have some in my fridge right now.

maybe he wants ring of fire?

Yes indeedy. Cock sauce: a source of hilarity amongst high school boys, a fine complimant in just about any asian dish, what is not to like about this stuff? Tastes great with korean, thai, or viet foods.
