Anyone do this regularly?

Took dinner yesterday at some rip-off high end steak house and now Im paying the price. Office door closed and fan off - and then the gas hit. It was great, but impromptu. Now I'm going to need to bring a airspray and possibly a cleaning kit or something to make the unisex toilet a bit more bearable. And Im sure its definitely going to happening again.

What's your strategy?

I started going for morning dumps though, with a book-end day being pretty much perfect. But if there's that familiar feeling while at work - it's not like the place didn't stink before I spread my love.
