Yeah it's a New World monkey (platyrrhine). You can tell Old from New World monkeys because Old World primates (including apes) have caudally-flaring nostrils and New World monkeys have laterally flaring nostrils. New World monkeys also usually have much longer tails (prehensile), whereas Old World monkeys don't have prehensile tails.

An animal with a permanently sterile worker caste; ie. they're truly social, they forego their own reproduction to aid the reproduction of close relatives.
