Can you add more maps to the rotation (please with sugar and a cherry on top)? Assault and the sphere game?

Downloaded and played UT2004 demo for the first time yesterday evening, enjoyed playing on a nicely balanced CtF server where we only just won twice in a row, with hour long games 🙂

Had the third highest score on the second game, but at least I managed to solo the flag while we were 1 behind 😛 (and killed enemy flag quite often)

Damn, and I was thinking of buying it at the weekend.

Are there any plans to try any other games? I'd love to play Vietcong on a server with players I could trust.

Origional BF1942 is in the works.

Let me see what I can do about the rotation of this server... problem is that everyone wants different maps or rotations 🙁

Hang in there DT. Soon the full version will be out and there will be more ONS maps to rotate.

People complaining about DM. You'd better get you ass in there for those DM matches because one of us DM/TDM players will catch you with no tanks around and you will be sorry. LOL! Seriously though, I promise that improving in DM will make you better at every other gametype in UT2k4. It's where you'll learn the fundamentals of movement and weapon selection. I always strive to be a well rounded player so I play every gametype and I've always found that doing so gives me an advantage. Sure I still can't fly the Raptor for sh1t, but I can shoot one down with my LG npnp.

EDIT: In case you missed the other thread, the game is off to the publisher as of yesterday morning and should be released in 10 days.
 
Yup.... 🙁, it tends to shut it self off wheneven it feels like it, I'll get up in a sec. Thats why I hate beta products.

I guess its a good time to set up a rotation.
 
yes, and team balance needs to be turned on....

it seems the red team keeps getting humans, and blue just keeps getting stuck with bots....seems pretty ghey to me :|

that's just my opinion...I could be wrong though 😛

It's on.... its just a crappy system (ie. it balances at the begining of a game, and never again 😛)..... it's up btw.
