TEHRAN, Iran (Reuters) - Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei accused President Bush Friday of backing Israeli "crimes" against the Palestinians and he rejected Washington's latest initiative.

Speaking to worshipers at the Muslim Friday prayers, Khamenei urged Palestinian President Yasser Arafat and militant Palestinian groups to fight the Jewish state to the death.
