Agreed classy. We do not agree on much but events like these bring people together. It's no time for petty politics. :|

classy,
this is called investigative reporting. Finding our own errors to ensure we don't repeat them.

Heck, we all know Clinton will never do time because of this anyway, the guy is wayyyy too slippery to EVER get fully blamed. This thread is more of a lesson learned than any cause for rioting.

Let people vent what has been reported, and we can learn from these mistakes.

Nice legacy, Bill.

BTW, if anyone hasn't figured it out yet, Aelus is an un-american POS who has posted nothing useful since the terrorist attack. Do not respond to him or his clones around here and save yourself the stress.

The article says that the Bush administration has asked for similar exports. Hopefully this will help them wake up and smell the thick, black, middle-eastern coffee.

Some of you are pathetic. This is not the time to be digging for half-assed articles that throw blame around. You people are already talking politics, already trying to rip apart any unity that resulted from Tuesday's atrocity. I think you should STFU and stop bashing politicians for at least a week or two.

It does not surprise me that a jackass would try and use the catastrophy to make the President look bad.

<< Ok all you Clinton lovers and Bush haters!!!! DEFEND THIS ONE and tell me WHO SCREWED the F**K UP!!! I FREAKING DARE YOU TO TELL ME BUSH IS A SCREW UP ON THIS ONE!! I DARE YOU! >>

Christian conservative linked BS...

Yeah, it was a boneheaded thing to do, but if you try to directly link it to these events you're grasping at straws...

You and ArronP: this is not a time for bickering and idiocy, even Tex knows that.

Jesus fscking Christ - people will use ANYTHING as an excuse for Clinton bashing.

The U.S. has, throughout MANY administrations, propped up evil regimes for one purpose or another. If you weren't blaming Republican presidents for Saddam Hussein, then don't blame Clinton for Syria (note, the story linked alleges that Clinton diverted equipment to SYRIA, and NOT directly to terrorists - there IS a difference).

This is ridiculous - it's unbelievable, repulsive partisanship. STOP IT.

Please. Even if those technologies were not obtain from the United States, they would have got them from Europe, Japan, or else where. Where not the only ones who have them.

What's the point of this thread? I couldn't see beyond Rockhound's ranting egotism.

While there are still thousands of people buried under thousands of pounds of rubble, lets keep this stuff to a minimum, shall we?
