Uh no she wouldn't, it would just be different celebrities. There isn't a single porn stars from any generation that could generate 50 million hits. The most popular porn star might hit a top 100 list, but definitely not a top 50. Celebrities will always be more known and more popular. I doubt they excluded super models from that list, yet I don't see any. And a super model >>>>> porn star in terms of level of fame, so. Back 25 years not a single member of my family would have known who Ginger is, and my family's pretty typical I'd say.
