Are surprisingly all in Louisiana. I mean I like my hometown of Lafayette and all but I gotta say that I was glad to get out of there and move to Texas.

I met some people from Louisiana who were genuinely happy all the time... but they were also incredibly happy to not be living in Louisiana anymore. I don't think it's a cause/effect situation where moving to Louisiana will make someone happier, but the culture does seem to produce some people who love life (regardless of where they settle).
