I think it's understandable when a group of guys makes gay/racial jokes (understandable, not acceptable). However when an organization, which in all means is like a corporation does that - this is truly sad. Just think about Microsoft or IBM doing something like that.

You have your best managed team in the league, and the worst managed team in the league, someone has to fill in both ends of the spectrum. Without a doubt, I'd say the Niner's have the poorest management in the NFL, and that sucks bad considering their lineage of the late 80's/early 90's

I think Brent Jones, Steve Young, and a few other investors were trying to buy the team not too long ago but the Yorks weren't going to sell. That would have been a great move.

These Yorks...what do we need to do to get rid of them. If it means ceasing to purchase, watch or otherwise send a single cent to the 49ers franchise, I'll do it if only to get some real management in there. What they have done to my team is reprehensible and disgusting. At some point the NFL has to step in and say, "You know what, take your money and your piss poor management and stuff it! You're making us lose money and viewers, you suck. Leave now. Thanks...mmmmmkaaaaaayyyy, yeah....."

being a die hard 49ers fan, these are very hard times for the organization.

as everyone mentioned, they definetly need ownership. but more importantly, they need to build through the draft. I'm not very convinced with Alex Smith and all that money they are throwing at him. Alex Smith is not worth Eli Manning money, and neither is Eli Manning worth Eli Manning money.

The only things I'm looking forward to next season is wondering if Mike Nolan will be wearing a suit on the sidelines and checking out the raider's new weapons.
