Heh. Pretty cool that you can take the sensor off put film in, if you want.
Or that you can install the sensor on a 3rd party 'view camera' providing it's got the correct mounting.

I saw something a couple years ago on Wired where a guy rigged up a camera that used a flatbed scanner some how.

I just did some checking on Google and here it is. A 100mp (DIY) camera for under $2,000.

Edit: Wait a second, that's not the thing I was looking for - what I saw was a guy who had coupled the scanner to the camera some how.

I sell a camera that will do 64 MP resolution, but its for scientific use. It uses pixel-shifting technology to achieve it, however.

Realize also that the chip on the Hasselblad is still using a Bayer mask, so you're only getting a fraction of that resolution in each color channel, and the rest of the color data is interpolated.

Still its a pretty sweet camera for its applications.

Board posters etc can use less dpi as people tend to not view them up close and they are passing by.

actually the porn industry is against HD resolutions for photos and video because it shows too much, they cant hider inperfections such as scars and stuff, and actually razor burn shows up WAY to much on HD
