The $299 computer

In latest issue of computer shopper, Dvorak talks about the coming of the $299 pc running a lite version of linux.
I brought one in at about $320 here's what I'm running
850mhz Duron, 128meg of ram, 20gig hd, dvd, on-board video, modem.

Anybody have any better suggestions, would be interest to hear.
