Holy Crap!!!

2.5x more then your max daily sodium. It's like a fried salt lick.

i dont think ive ever heard of 1 person eating that alone, normally you get 1 for the table 4+ people, its still alot but not as bad as they make it sound

wow i hate the way that site makes you view them ... but more ad views for them i guess.

anyways, when i order a burrito at chipotle i get the bowl, i get extra rice instead of beans, and then I get a tortilla wrapped up to pick at and eat w/my bowl :D

but that's okay cause i'm still trying to gain weight :)

Quite the paradox since you're only going to eat a meal like that "once in awhile" if you conciously know it's bad for you. If you felt it was average in calories to other things you eat, you might have it more often. So yes, knowing just how bad it is is more beneficial than not. It doesn't mean you have to stop eating it, but it may be the difference between 1 time a month and 1 time a week or every day.

And those people had better be running marathons... otherwise they might be what we call "lardasses." :p

For a while. Then we call then 'heart patients.' Then 'corpses.'

The golden rule of steak restaurants is this: Limit yourself to a 9-ouncer or smaller. After all, that's more than half a pound of meat. You won't walk away hungry.

9 oz?? That barely fill me up.

No doubt. A quarter pound of sugar? Seriously?

I liked the "kids" meal that was the equivalent of a box and a half of kraft mac and cheese. When little Johnny has the biggest boobs in the family, there's a problem.

OMG, my favorite food ever - Chipolte Chicken Burrito - made the list. Oh well, it's not going to stop me from enjoying one or two a week.

Outback Steakhouse Aussie Cheese Fries with Ranch Dressing ...Oooh boy.

My friend ordered that and I looked at him like he was f'ing nutts when the waiter sat the plate on the table.

Double deep fried french fries with a pound of salt is worse enough. Add 4 cheeses and a blanket of bacon.

Oh yes, don't forget you can dip it in Ranch dressing which is nothing but olive oil, heavy cream, and seasoning.

Now you scrawny guys who "can't gain weight no matter what I eat" are out of excuses ;) Eat several of those menu items each day, and I can guarantee you will eventually gain weight ;)

Your long-term health is another matter entirely.

Nothing. Exactly nothing. They don't trim the fat. 2 parts meat and one part pure bovine fat.

blueberries, blackberries or rasberries mixed in the batter properly > butter
