And those people had better be running marathons... otherwise they might be what we call "lardasses." :p

20: Worst fast-food chicken meal
Chicken Selects Premium Breast Strips from McDonald's (5 pieces) with creamy ranch sauce
# 830 calories
# 55 grams (g) fat (4.5 g trans fat)
# 48 g carbohydrates

The only thing "premium" about these strips is the caloric price you pay. Add a large fries and regular soda and this seemingly innocuous chicken meal tops out at 1,710 calorie

how big is the sauce packet?

Lists like that are silly. Nothing on that list would hurt a normal person eating it every once in a while. It's only when your meal choices on a daily basis are stuff like items on that list that it becomes bad for you.

agreed. Once a month or less is not going to hurt anyone IF this is your only non-healthy choice, but thats a pretty hefty IF.

2.5x more then your max daily sodium. It's like a fried salt lick.

i don't understand why the names are misleading for the (fried) fish tacos (likely half the calories come from the mountain of rice and beans on the side) and the turkey burger (likely half the calories come from the mountain of fries on the side, it's probably also slathered with cheese and mayo)

If 2900 calories is just getting started you are a fatass or climbing Mt. Everest.

That breakfast sandwich at Burger King with six strips of bacon and two egg patties is like 700 calories.

One thing to note:
The alaskan crab fisherman and the roughnecks that work on oil rigs must consume between 4500 and 5000 calories a day. That list would be like a menu if they wanted to lose weight.

#1 is awesome!
But yeah, on the rare occasions that we've ordered that, we're pretty much ready to just ask for a to-go box when our main dish comes out.

The thing is, you don't eat all of it in one sitting.

Thats something you usually split with maybe five other people. Lots of that stuff I don't think people could eat in one sitting. I know I couldn't.

that doesn't make them "worst"

eating a double six dollar burger a couple times a year won't kill you
it is only when you don't use moderation that it becomes "Worst"
