Boo! 65 minute power outage, all but 2 1080's were on back-up power (first real test of that UPS, 1800watt draw and the batteries stayed above 50%). Networking is back up, one client finished during the outage and is having trouble getting another task is all. Biggest loss was 75-ish threads of WCG for an hour.

Welcome Howdy2u2 to the race!
We are doing quite good. The distance to Brony@home is now less than half of what it was just a week ago. Thanks all folders, new and old!
More stats tomorrow ...

Boo! The nights are too short for me to complete 1 GPU task, resulting in my GPU in the morning going to 99C at 1050 mhz very quickly

Bah Humbug! I came home tonight to a very silent GPU. Apparently, at task froze sometime this afternoon. It restarted and is OK at the moment.
I guess I'll find out in the morning.

Here are the stats for the 23rd day of the 12th Folding@Home Holiday Season Race
Stats are as of December 24, 2017, 21:15 UTC (approx).
The inter-team race stats are from the Folding@Home stats page.
The intra-team race stats are from EOC.com.

The intra-team race:

The intra-team race daily production:

The intra-team race individual daily production:

The total production of all racers:

The race is now quite interesting: we are approaching Brony@Home at break neck pace. It is quite possible that we may pass them within two days if their production does not increase a lot or our production does not decrease by a lot. Look:

But the race goes on for more than 37 more days and much can happen in those days ...
Anyhow, the TeAm approaches an all time high in monthly production: in December 2016 the TeAm produced 1 291 456 373 points, production until now is 1 193 384 707 points and if production continues at the current rate, we may reach 1 725 000 000 points. That would be just great!
Thanks all folders, you are doing a fantastic job!

I hate to be a stick in the mud during this joyous occasion, but it occurred to me that the Eradicators ain't eradicating. We are getting eradicated. We may have to slip the stats master a fiver under the table............

Tony, would you take care of that?

:D I gave him five. Then he gave me five. We got tired of trying to give fives under the table, so we just brought it out in the open and publicly high-fived. I don't see how that will affect our score though. ;)

I usually use postimages.org or tapatalk app to resolve media upload issues.

It's basically user error, not used to the website here yet. One of these days I'll get it right!

I had a minor set back though, BSOD on my DD "kernel security check failure" I checked with my I.T. guy Google and ran some stuff .......Imagine that nothing found......windows being windows I guess. Have it back to folding although I lost a WU (Man I LOVE BIONC over folding) BOINC started back up with out an error.............imagine that.............

Linux install guides don't account for Secure Boot very often yet. (I.e. How to turn it off.) I'm not sure they ever will. :(

Not necessary ... the difference between the sub-teams is less tan 4%. It may change ... considering that Howdy2u2 is on the Eradicator team and the Eradicators have increased production by 4M points/day compared to 1.9M of the Terminators ... we will see ....

With Brony being the real competitor (among other reasons), I personally don't care this year about the inter-team race (did I really say that ????)

What ever happens I am fine with. I just want those pink ponies to disappear under our treads.(see post 315 in this thread)

Well, that is the main goal, isn't it ...
I am very happy with that.

Can not resist it. These stats are collected from the F@H team stats page Dec. 25, 08:00 UTC:

kd6an6.jpg

It will be even less in approx. 12 hours, when I collect the regular numbers ...

According to Brony@Home's site, the difference is 13 578 700 points ... the difference is due to different time points and using different stats pages: I use the "Team statistics" page, which is updated more often than the individual team's stats pages.
