of course it was CEO but after reply they assign one of their managers to deal with the issue

I called up the former CEO of Diamond Multimedia, Bill Schroeder, and bitched him out about some graphics card and he profusely apologized to me. :D

I got an e-mail from the CEO of Boston Acoustics once. It was in response to a praise, though, not a complaint.
