Union negotiated "bonus" this year,after taxes was $318 take home for me. 🙁

How do you still get $1200+ after taxes? Taxes on bonuses usually take at 50%-60%.

Mine was $1250 and I had $500+ taken out in taxes.

are you sure its like $12XX? bonus is tax at like 40%, so you are luck to get over $1000 after tax.
