I've been waiting all day for my DSL to be turned on and nothing yet.

Called sbc many times and keep getting the same message. Your DSL will be turned on sometime today. It's 11:30 P.M. Where is it?🙁

Maybe it's already on, but you didn't put all the filters on all used phone jacks. Did you remember the Tivo and/or cable box? Any home alarms?

WOW 4Mbit connection .. i have been upgraded to 2Mbit recently from 760 ish (somthing like that) ... anyways what are your download speeds as that must be near 500Kb/s .. cuz i do 250 ish

I had dsl thru Covad,After Bell Atlantic/Verizon screwed up.

I use cable/Rodarunner now,much faster.🙂

Are you using an ethernet card or usb connection?
Try uninstalling in device manager the device,and resart the computer.
