bah, mine was down 3 WEEKS!!!! before it got upgraded to 4Mbit.

WOW 4Mbit connection .. i have been upgraded to 2Mbit recently from 760 ish (somthing like that) ... anyways what are your download speeds as that must be near 500Kb/s .. cuz i do 250 ish

I had dsl thru Covad,After Bell Atlantic/Verizon screwed up.

I use cable/Rodarunner now,much faster.

Are you using an ethernet card or usb connection?
Try uninstalling in device manager the device,and resart the computer.
