ROTFLMAO!!!

Honestly, if I--- just a lowly teacher woman---- can take the heat here (and I HAVE) and you can't... then yeah, you need to step away from the computer for a while.

Yeah..uh..take the heat..on a computer forum.

He explained himself, he doesn't wanna put up with the BS anymore.

Goddamn you guys are pathetic.

Boo friggin' hoo. Crimson was a vicious partisan troll on his best day. I can't imagine why anyone would want to defend his right to take his ball and go home (suggesting the board should be shut down in the process), but he can do whatever he wants, as can you and I.

What I'm reading here:
waaah those dems are not rolling over and telling me bush really was god.............
Guess I'll leave like some big drama queen and apologize for bush to my teddy bear!

True...I don't know much about Crimson...don't think I have read many of his posts.

I just thought the whole "can't take the heat on a computer forum" statement was pretty fvcking stupid.

I think you are overlooking the fact that he was a big source of the BS in the first place. But hey, if he wants to leave, that's that much less BS.

And I echo DonVito, boo fricking hoo. Someone who trolls constantly shouldn't be surprised when people don't like him. If I behaved like Crimson, I wouldn't expect anything less than what he's received.

Yeah, DonVito pointed that out. I don't come to P&N much...for good reason.

Well, I think me, like many conservatives have just about had it with this forum. It was bad enough before the election, but now its just degenerated into a bunch of bitter losers posting everything and anything regardless of how absolutely absurd it is.

I think you guys need to realize that your extremism is what drove moderates away from you. This forum is completely and totally out of control, and I see no reason to continue to even try to participate here. The reason our country is divided is because of your absolutely unwillingness to compromise while demanding everyone else do it.

So with that, I am done.. I might return someday, if Anandtech is still around 3 years from now when we are looking at another Presidential election. I'll continue to participate elsewhere in the forums (Which I have completely neglected since posting here). So, one last, mature, parting shot:

LOSERS LOSERS LOSERS LOSERS LOSERS LOSERS LOSERS LOSERS LOSERS LOSERS LOSERS LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ahahahahahahahahah... You thought you all had it wrapped up, you thought you won 4 hours into the election, and you were completely blindsided. There is nothing that I could ever possibly say in these forums which would make you look even more silly than you made yourselves look. Absolutely PRICELESS.

Its been fun.. I'm DONE.

Oh wait, I forgot one thing.. for those still here.. would you like some MILK with your :cookie:?
Wow, what a juvenile little twit you turned out to be. Good riddance. Hasta la Vista. Can't say we'll miss ya.

P&N has its pros and its cons. I stayed away from it for its first few months, but I must admit I now spend most of my AT time here. There is a lot of partisan silliness, and sometimes it consumes the discussion, but I have to say I have learned a lot here, and I think we are in a period in which politics have a relatively great historical importance. There are some great posters here on both sides of the political aisle (and, of course, some bad ones), and on balance I like the passion.

Well, CNN's exit polls had Moderates voting 54% for Kerry. Bush picked up a single percent of the Moderate vote since 2000...the majority of his lead came from the 3% of Conservatives he got back from the Democrats. Interestingly enough, more Conservatives still voted for Kerry than Liberals voted for Bush. If anything, this election was about the Republicans getting back some of their Conservative base, the Democrats don't seem to have driven the moderates anywhere.

Skoorb, I'm perfectly willing to argue with someone in a civilized manner. But Crimson's "look at me" trolling isn't what I had in mind. And as it turns out, I did look it up anyways, and found out that my gut feeling was in fact right.

Distinctly what I've been suspecting lately -- there are some here, not to name names, frothing at the mouth to use the election results as proof that the democratic has somehow gotten too far liberal thereby losing moderates.

The pwn4ge was completely legit if you look at the in your face nature of the OP and his past posts.

He _was_ the BS and he didn't stop using his posts as a toilet even in his last post.
