Thanks for being one of the good guys. If your share goes below a certain level, your status will change to 'Limited', your share will be in red, and you will only be able to upload until it comes back up to par.

Damn I remember when that site first started and didn't have hardly anygood stuff so I kinda forgot about it. Now I wish I would have joined and stuck around.

I was averaging 100 GB up /month for a while, but my ISP has gotten really sticky with bandwidth since early November so I've had to cut back. I'm on 50 GB + a little leaway combined traffic a month now.

i thought shaw has always been very strict on bandwidith usage. that's A LOT

They were really strict, but here they upgraded peoples' modems to the motorolla surfboard modems and for a few months they didn't have any way to track the stats on them. So we all got off scot-free. Now they upgraded their switching stations so they can read the stats now.

Funny thing is I have a friend on the shaw regular, he gets almost xtreme speeds (what I pay for), is on the old modem, and does well over 100GB/mo in traffic and never gets called.
