You hardly need an Android phone for that. Most smartphones have it, in fact iphone and blackberry had it before Android even existed. I've also seen it (or at comparable thing) on some feature phones.

oh that one was close, for a second i thought that was it. i like this song though! i've heard of timbaland and katy perry and a bunch of other artists but i never put the face to the songs... i've kind of not kept up since college, yea i know it's sad.

but it does sound like "cheer" sometimes right? maybe i'm describing it wrong but like when the black guy is talking it kind of sounds like that... it's more than talk but not rap. now i can go to sleep happy and deal with house problems tomorrow 😉
