When all my joints pop and crackle on my way to the bathroom and my bladder feels like it's gonna bust. While I'm in there taking the most awesome piss ever I close my eyes, feel the sleeping in my so soft bed, and can't wait to get back on it so actually consider not washing my hands.

Krayt hunting in SWG (before the CU/NGE days), and having dreams about it while sleeping and visiting my brother-in-law for dinner and looking at his dragon bearded lizard and calling it a "krayt".

I facepalmed at myself.

Man I hated when they hit SWG with CURB, all the buff houses went down and people folded up and left in droves, I was about 75% of the way through my Jedi training and they totally made that useless to begin with after all that work.

I haven't played a SOE game since then myself.

I can think of a few incidents in the past I've look up and wondered why it's 3 in the morning all of a sudden, but I haven't even been gaming at all much lately.

He he Krayts for those light saber gems 🙂

When I pound the desk, and shout, how can you possibly be still alive!!!!!
And when the wife calls up from downstairs and says, it's 3:00 am, stfu!

Back when playing WarCraft 2 after long sessions I'd try and go to sleep but whenever I closed my eyes I'd have burn in. So i'd see the units in my minds eye and i'd be controlling them in massive map wide battles. Thing was, it wasn't really a bothering thing, it was pretty awesome. So I'd pull myself out of bed and play more. The last few maps in the campaign for humans was pretty sweet, about the time you could get castles.

I hate the idea of balance to gaming, I like to game pretty much all out and if a game is good enough to get me in a deep or even better, an all nighter, i'm thankful for the opportunity to indulge. Civ II, Warcraft 2, Dragon Age, Baldurs Gate II, Diablo II... these pretty much were periods where if a non gamer looked in on my they'd just be baffled.

I also like to talk to the screen about how much BS is involved when I get stuck on boss battles, that's when I know I should take a break.

Many mentioned above has happen but one made me drop the game completely, Shadowrun Returns.
I started to use the menus in my dreams to do actions and talk to people, Couldnt function correctly the next day as I kept waiting for a pop up menu to select what I was going to do next.
