Yes, that's the island from the Wild Pacific show on the Discovery Channel. It's cool that:

1. Everyone on the island works together to survive.
2. Extra foods get buried in case of hurricanes
3. They fish in the water (staying afloat at the surface and use a fishing line with squid tentacles as bait) and they kill their fish with a bite to the head before stuffing them in a sack
4. They only have a few boats since wood is scarce. One of the boats is over 100 years old

What a lovely place. I heard an NPR story which explained that if you were a woman growing up on that island you can expect sexual abuse.
 
I would love to own an island.

I'd bring along 12 women of various races, and each would give birth to 4 children. My 48 children could then pair up with their half-siblings, and form tribes. Each couple would have 4 children, giving them 96 offspring. The 24 tribes would then rotate pairings, to promote highest genetic health.

My kin would then rule the world! :evil: Er, I mean, the little island.
