That Chelsey Lately person...

OK, I don't get it. Why are people so obsessed with her? Primarily females? She isn't funny. She actually pisses me off. I'm trying to understand why people would flock to a bookstore, wait in line for a long time, just to meet her for 10 seconds.

Lesbians.

I'm not a lesbian or female and I think she's hilarious.
Everyone has a different sense of humor.

She's an offensively UNFUNNY wise and beautiful woman and her show highlights some of the worst 'comics' I think I've ever seen. I had to sit through two entire episodes of this show and I wanted to fucking shoot myself in the face afterwords.

Never heard of her.

KT

Edit: ahh ok, it's Chelsea Handler. Pardo makes fun of how crappy her show is on his podcast. I've never seen it though.

i don't like her show, but some of the comments she makes sometimes are pretty funny. her panel can diaf.

Yup. Said she did a foursome with 3 black dudes when in college if I remember correctly. Although she may have said that in jest, it was hard to tell from her tone & deadpan delivery if this was a joke or not.

Small potatoes compared to the over-saturation of Tina Fey. Yeah sure.. 1 good TV role/impersonation and suddenly she's the queen of comedy? Not buying it.

My wife likes her show but her show is very hit and miss with me (Mostly miss). She's a notorious alcoholic and it's really aging her fast (just compare her to her own show's intro shots).

But she is absolutely viscous to these vacuous bimbo smug bitches that pervade Hollywood, and she will subtlely eviscerate them in interviews while outright ridiculing their shallowness (like only a smart bitter woman can). I kinda enjoy when she does that.

She has too many flamboyantly gay co-hosts. That's the only thing they bring to the show - their over the top gayness. It's bad shtick and it gets awfully repetitive really quick. Kinda ironic too given how much she hates shallow people.
